Parking

The best car park for DogDancer is P26 at the West Entrance. From there you can reach Hall 7 in 5 minutes. The tournament ring is at the end of the hall.
To unload props, you can go to P30 on Thursday from 16:00 and for a short time on Friday in the direction of Hall 7 up to the barrier/guardhouse, show your exhibitor ticket and enter the hall directly through the glass door. The dog area is prepared. You can set up your boxes there. ATTENTION: Your car must then be parked in the visitor car park!

Tickets

You will receive ticket codes by email with which you can activate your tickets online. These are exhibitor tickets that are valid for all days, for you AND for all dogs you bring with you.
Please do not forget your vaccination card!!!

Dogs and Starter Area

We have several spacious areas which are only available for you and your dogs. Please bring a crate, blanket etc. with you. WCs are in the immediate vicinity.
There are also the changing rooms.
There may be visits from the (very friendly) official veterinarian in charge, who will want to make sure that your dogs are housed in an animal-friendly manner. The following link may be helpful:

In the morning before the show starts

45 minutes before the first start the last information will be given.

Registration office

Saturday 08:00 to 09:00

This is where the performance certificate, chip and vaccination certificate will be checked, after which the start clearance will be given. Please be at the registration office in good time.
Registration after 09:00 in the morning is no longer possible for the respective day.

Licence Booklet & Cards

Please put this at the top of your bag! No official start is possible without a performance certificate. We have prepared tournament cards for all new entrants.

Running Order

The running order will be drawn 2 weeks before the tournament and published on the homepage. The draw will be documented by video. Please also check the lists on site, as there may still be updates.

Dog Walk

You can reach the fields through the rear hall door in 5 minutes. From Hall 7 via P 31, cross the road at the traffic lights for a very pleasant walk, and there are also green areas for a quick wee in the exhibition area between the halls.

Bitches in heat

If bitches in heat are registered, we will inform you as soon as possible. A separate room is available for them; they are not permitted in the dog zone.

Ring and surrounding area

The ring is open for inspection before each starting group. No food is allowed before the official classes. Please be considerate of your fellow starters and only enter the warm-up and main ring with clean shoes.
The times for the warm up ring can be found in the running order.
Entrance and exit in both rings are separate. A spacious reward zone awaits you behind the exit.

Props

may be left in the passage between the warm up and main ring.

Spectators

will stand around the ring and sit on the side of the grandstand.

Award ceremony

The award ceremony takes place on every day of the show. It is part of the competition. Participation is obligatory. We would be very happy if you come to the ring with your dog, there is enough space for everyone.

Support

We will be on site in good time on all tournament days, ready to answer questions, reassure, encourage and provide guidance.

Parken

Der beste Parkplatz für DogDancer ist der P26 am Eingang West. Von dort seid Ihr in 5 Minuten an der Halle 7. Der Turnierring befindet sich am Ende der Halle.
Zum Ausladen von Requisiten könnt Ihr am Donnerstag ab 16:00 und am Freitag kurze Zeit zum P 30, Richtung Halle 7 bis zur Schranke/Wachhaus, Aussteller Ticket vorzeigen und direkt durch die Glastür in die Halle. Der Hundebereich ist vorbereitet. Dort könnt Ihr Eure Boxen aufstellen. ACHTUNG: Euer Auto muss danach auf dem Besucherparkplatz abgestellt werden!

Tickets

Ihr erhaltet per Email Ticket codes, mit denen Ihr online Eure Tickets freischalten könnt, es handelt sich um Aussteller Tickets, die für alle Tage gelten, für Euch UND für alle Hunde die Ihr mitbringt.

Hunde und Starter Area

Wir haben mehrere großzügige Bereiche die nur Euch und Euren Hunden zur Verfügung stehen. Bringt bitte Box, Liegedecke etc mit. WC s sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Dort sind auch die Umkleidekabinen.
Es kann zu Besuchen des (sehr freundlichen) zuständigen Amtstierarztes kommen, der sich von der tierschutzgerechten Unterbringung Eurer Hunde überzeugen möchte. Hierzu ist folgender Link hilfreich:

Morgens vor Turnierbeginn

45 Minuten vor dem ersten Start werden die letzten Informationen mitgeteilt.

Hier wird die Kontrolle von Leistungsurkunde, Chip und Impfpass durchgeführt, danach wird die Startfreigabe erteilt. Seid bitte rechtzeitig am Meldebüro.
Eine Meldung morgens nach 09:00 ist für den jeweiligen Tag nicht mehr möglich.

Leistungsurkunde & Turnierkarte

Bitte packt das ganz oben in Eure Tasche!! Ohne Leistungsnachweis ist kein offizieller Start möglich. Für alle Neuzugänge haben haben wir Turnierkarten vorbereitet.

Running Order

2 Wochen vor dem Turnier wird die Running order ausgelost und auf der Homepage veröffentlicht. Die Ziehung wird per Video dokumentiert. Bitte achtet auch vor Ort auf die Listen, es kann noch zu Aktualisierungen kommen.

Spaziergang

Durch die hintere Hallentür gelangt Ihr in 5 Minuten auf die Felder. Von der Halle 7 über P 31 überquert man an der Ampel die Straße zu einem sehr schönen Spaziergang.Auch im Messebereich zwischen den Hallen gibt es Grünflächen für ein schnelles Pipi.

Läufige Hündinnen

Falls läufige Hündinnen gemeldet sind, werden wir Euch zeitnah informieren. Für sie steht ein separater Raum zur Verfügung, ein Aufenthalt in der Hundezone ist nicht gestattet.

Ring und drumherum

Der Ring ist vor jeder Startgruppe zur Begehung freigegeben. Vor den offiziellen Klassen ist dabei kein Futter erlaubt. Bitte nehmt dabei Rücksicht auf Eure Mitstarter.Betretet warm up – und Hauptring bitte nur mit sauberen Schuhen.
Die Zeiten für den warm up Ring findet Ihr in der running order.
Ein- und Ausgang in beiden Ringen sind separat. Eine geräumige Belohnungszone wartet hinterm Ausgang auf Euch.

Requisiten

dürfen in der Passage zwischen warm up und Hauptring abgestellt werden.

Zuschauer

werden ringsum den Ring stehen und seitlich auf der Tribüne sitzen.

Siegerehrung

Die Siegerehrung findet an jedem Turniertag statt. Sie ist Bestandteil der Prüfung. Die Teilnahme ist obligatorisch. Wir würden uns sehr freuen wenn Ihr mit Hund in den Ring kommt, es ist ausreichen Platz für alle vorhanden.
